There’s something unforgettable about the moment a young woman realizes she is capable of more than she ever imagined. Sometimes it happens under bright stage lights. Sometimes it happens during an interview. Sometimes it happens while making new friendships backstage with girls who share the same dreams and ambitions. And for many young women across the state, that moment begins with applying for Miss California Teen USA and Miss California USA 2026! This year's pageant will be held July 10th-12th at the Grand Hyatt in Indian Wells, Yes please!!
Every year, contestants from all over California step onto one of the most prestigious stages in the country for the opportunity to represent not only their communities...but also their passions, goals, and future aspirations. More than just a pageant, the Miss USA organization has become a launching pad for confidence, leadership, media opportunities, and life-changing experiences.
We want to urgently let you know that you have only 9 days left to apply while applications are still officially open for the 2026 competition season.
While the glamour and excitement of pageantry often capture attention first, contestants quickly discover that the experience goes far beyond dresses, photoshoots, and stage walks. The Miss California Teen USA and Miss California USA programs are designed to empower young women to grow personally and professionally while building confidence that lasts long after the competition ends.
Contestants gain opportunities to:

MISS CALIFORNIA TEEN USA
Teens ages 14–18 years old
The current title holder is RAYNAH HUDSON

Raynah Hudson is a 16 year old published author, app creator, and the voice behind the inspiring podcast Voices with a Heart. As a passionate dyslexia advocate, she uses her platform to empower others with learning differences and promote inclusivity in education. Deeply committed to community service, Raynah has dedicated years to charitable work, uplifting those in need and making a meaningful impact in her community. With creativity, compassion, and a drive to serve, she continues to inspire others to lead with heart and purpose
MISS CALIFORNIA USA
Women ages 18 and over
The current title holder is Kylie Chang

Kylie Chang, is a UC Berkeley student at the prestigious Haas School of Business, where she is minoring in Public Policy and preparing to launch her career in corporate tax at Deloitte. With ambitions to attend law school and ultimately become a partner, she hopes to channel international law into global advocacy as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, working to expand youth education worldwide. From gracing the runway at New York Fashion Week with Miss Universe designer Giannina Azar to starring in Los Angeles Fashion Week’s Adidas Originals campaign, Kylie brings each designer’s vision to life through self-expression and artistic movement. A former competitive dancer turned fashion model, she proudly champions the arts and cultural representation.
At the Miss Teen California USA and Miss California USA pageants the most powerful transformation often happens long before the crown is awarded. Contestants walk away with a stronger confidence, personal growth, unforgettable memories, new friendships, valuable life experience and most importantly....a greater belief in themselves. For some, the experience opens doors to careers in entertainment and media. For others, it becomes the moment they finally realize their own potential. Either way, the impact can be life-changing.
